I recently had the opportunity to review the Eat Smart Precision Pro Digital Kitchen Scale. If you are serious about eating healthy and keeping portions under control, weighing your food is a the best way to accomplish your goals. The EatSmart Precision Pro Digital Kitchen Scale is easy to use. It can weigh up to 11lbs. It comes with a free calorie factor guide. I found the calorie factor guide extremely helpful for managing and helping me maintain my calorie intake.The Precision Pro displays lbs., ounces, grams and kgs. The Tare feature allows you to remove the weight of the bowl that you are using to weigh your food.
When it comes to eating healthy I do pretty well, with the exception of snacks. I used my Precision Pro Digital scale to keep my snack portions in check.
