Adora Calcium Supplement Review & Giveaway

Calcium and Osteoporosis:
I started taking calcium supplements a few years ago when my mom was diagnosed with osteoporosis. When she was diagnosed we researched and learned as much as we could about the disease. Here is what we learned.
Calcium Carbonate is a mineral or salt used to help prevent bone loss that occurs in osteoporosis.
Magnesium and Vitamin D are essential in assisting the body in the absorption of calcium.
Osteoporosis is a silent disease.
Most people do not know that they have it until they break a bone or unless their doctor runs a bone density test. Osteoporosis makes your bones weak and are more likely to break.
Some of the risk factors are getting older and having a family history of osteoporosis. I have tried several different brands of calcium supplements over the years. The supplements tasted  so bad that I would eventually stop taking them. I was recently given the opportunity to try Adora Calcium Supplements . The first thing that grabbed my attention was the fact they were chocolate. Yes, you all know that I love chocolate and couldn't wait to try these. I received one bag of the Milk chocolate and one bag of the Dark Chocolate.   The small chocolate disks are absolutely delicious, they  have 30 calories per serving and provide up to 50% of the daily value of calcium plus vitamin D3 and magnesium for optimal absorption.  Calcium is vital to everyone from kids, teens, adults and seniors. I try to include as much calcium into my family's diet as possible but we still need the supplements to reach the recommend daily allowance. The whole family has feel in love with the Adora Calcium Supplements. I leave the bag on the kitchen table so everyone remembers to take them in the morning.

I normally take a multivitamin but these actually look good. I might see if I can pick some up just to try out. We are not big milk drinkers so calcium is important to get from other sources.
